Cancellation Policy
We love to do your hair + your appointments are very important to us! We understand life events happen, and we request that any cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance. There will be a 25% fee of total service charge for any canceled within the 24 hours and a 50% fee of total service charge for any NO SHOW.
